RESERVATION GUIDE

  • Please observe the check-in and check-out times.
    (Entrance time: 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. / Exit time: 11:00 a.m.)

  • Non-reserved guests are not allowed to use the room or stay (we will inevitably check out in case of violation).

  • We don't clean the room separately after entering the room and leaving the room.

  • Telephone counseling is essential if you want to enter the room with your pet.

  • You are not allowed to take out items inside the pension, such as towels.

  • Some items provided, such as bedding or cushions, may differ from the picture.

REFUND GUIDE

  • There will be a fee for cancellation of the reservation.

  • If you can't come due to a natural disaster (airplane cancellation, etc.), we will give you a 100% refund.
